Your BIGGBY card may only be used for making purchases at participating BIGGBY COFFEE stores. It cannot be redeemed for cash or applied as payment to any account unless required by applicable law. Depreciation of this card may occur as allowed by applicable law. The value on this card will not be replaced by BIGGBY COFFEE if this card is lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without your permission unless required or allowed by applicable law. This card will expire five (5) years from the date of  issuance, unless another period of validity is required under applicable law. This card program is intended to be ongoing, but is subject to revisions or cancellation without notice as may be allowed by applicable law. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
